Peruvian & Figured Walnut, Padauk, Cherry & Maple Cutting Board

All our boards are made from start to finish in my grandfather’s tiny shop in Washington. Each one is a one-of-a-kind piece. All our boards are finished with our board butter. Our board butter is made with only two ingredients—food-safe mineral oil and beeswax—to ensure that all our products are totally food-safe and ready for use. All the wood is its natural color. Stains and paints are never used. Proper care instructions will be included.

BOARD CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To maintain the board's high quality, it requires proper care:

Hand wash with mild soap and water (never submerge or place in the dishwasher).

Apply an even layer of food-safe mineral oil or a food-safe mineral oil and beeswax treatment to all surfaces and ends of the board with your hands, a towel, or a cloth at least 1 to 2 times per month. Protecting the board with mineral oil and beeswax will reduce the likelihood of your board drying out, cracking, or splitting—this will help ensure your board lasts a long time!

Avoid using vegetable or nut-based oils at all costs!
